29 Gifts, Day Twenty Seven: Subway for My Sista

May 29th, 2011

We’re in Beckley, West Virginia, visiting my in-laws for the holiday weekend.  Josh is the second child in a gang of five rowdy kids and they’re all here.  It’s fun.  Josh’s three younger sisters have cheefully adopted my only child self as one of their own (even inviting me once to join in on a “matching sisters tatoo” adventure, though I declined) and his older brother genially harrasses me like one of the clan.  We all have a lot of fun together.

On Friday, I popped out to pick up a sandwich for lunch, accompanied by eldest sister Melissa.  I jumped at the chance to buy her lunch for her.
